Purpose

Drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries and generating outbound sales, while delivering a high-quality customer experience and accurately translating customer needs into scheduled services.

Key Contributions

  • Execute inbound and outbound sales activities to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers through effective communication and service education.
  • Accurately document customer needs, pricing, and service details to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Partner with operations and scheduling teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service execution.
  • Support business growth through cross-selling services and maintaining high responsiveness to customer inquiries.

Success Metrics

  • Achieve conversion rates aligned to sales targets (inbound and outbound).
  • Maintain = 98% accuracy in customer data entry, scheduling, and sales documentation.
  • Meet response time SLAs (e.g., inbound calls answered promptly, follow-ups completed within 24 hours).
  • Achieve customer satisfaction benchmarks (= 90% positive feedback or equivalent).
  • Maintain consistent productivity (e.g., call volume, sales closed, revenue generated per week/month)

  • Improves operational efficiency by ensuring accurate sales documentation and reducing service errors.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and operate in a high-volume call environment.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM/scheduling tools).
  • Local Tampa Metro candidates only. This position requires daily onsite attendance and is not available as a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience in home services or pest control industry.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, routing, or service-based sales environments.
