This isn’t your typical front desk role. At FVRC , you’re the first voice clients hear in stressful, emotional moments - and the person who helps guide them through it.
Schedule: Full-time, Evenings and weekends with some holidays required. No overnight CSR shifts required!
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting at $17 - $20/hr, based on experience, with weekend shift differentials of additional +$2/hr before 7pm and +$3/hr after 7pm!

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. FVRC is a specialty and emergency hospital where collaboration truly matters. People stay here because the team is supportive, the work is meaningful, and you’re never just a number. In this role, you’ll help connect clients and their furry family members with our medical team. Checking patients in, managing phones, coordinating care, and keeping things running smoothly. It’s a busy but rewarding environment, and you’ll have a strong team to support your success every step of the way.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service
- Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology and hospital software systems
- Team-first mindset - we rely heavily on each other
