About the Role:
The Shipping Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments within our company. This position is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing temperature set shipments and prepare items for shipment. The Shipping Clerk will work closely with warehouse staff and management to maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate timely deliveries. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to minimize errors and ensure compliance. Ultimately, the Shipping Clerk contributes to the overall success by ensuring that products reach customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must have experience with computers and software programs.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must have telephone etiquette and provide excellent customer service when drivers check in for pickups / drop offs.
