A Renewal Inspector at Truly Nolen is primarily responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients by conducting annual termite re-inspections and identifying opportunities to offer additional services. This role is a blend of technical field work, customer service, and sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Field Inspections : Performing thorough termite re-inspections at residential or commercial properties to check for new activity or damage.
• Preventative Treatment : Treating homes for termite prevention and applying localized treatments using various spray and hand tools.
• Reporting : Filling out required state and company paperwork following each treatment or inspection to document findings.
• Sales & Growth : Building relationships with current clients to offer new services and acquiring new customers to grow the local business route.
• Physical Activity : Frequently climbing ladders and entering tight crawl spaces or attics to perform detailed inspections.

Key Requirements

• Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a professional background that involves direct interaction with clients.
• Attributes : Truly Nolen looks for "problem solvers" who enjoy working independently and outdoors.
• No Experience Needed : A background in termite control is typically not required ; Truly Nolen provides full paid training for new hires.
• License : A valid driver's license is required as the job involves traveling to different customer locations.
