ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their insurance needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to tailor insurance products that meet the unique requirements of each client.
Sales Process: Execute the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients.
Policy Management: Oversee the management and servicing of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Networking: Engage in networking activities to widen client base and enhance the agency's visibility in the area.
RequirementsNo insurance experience required.
Sales and service experience required.
Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire
(existing license is a plus!).
Bilingual is a plus (spanish)
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and meeting their needs.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information and documentation.
