About the Role
As a District Manager for 9 store locations on the Southwest of Florida (South Naples to Port Charlotte), you will be responsible to drive profit growth by leading people, controlling costs, and executing Trek systems with discipline. The District Manager ensures every store is profitable, consistent, and developing leaders who live Trek’s DNA and Values. Success is measured by Adjusted EBITDA growth, customer satisfaction, and leadership strength.

Duties

What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you own full operational and financial performance for your district’s stores. You drive profit growth, build strong leaders, and ensure Trek’s systems are executed with precision and consistency.Your mission is to develop leaders who develop leaders, scale profitable operations, and ensure every store in your district delivers the same high-performing, customer-obsessed Trek experience.

You will be measured by your ability to:
· Deliver Adjusted EBITDA growth in your district.
· Achieve key outcomes: Gross Profit targets, NPS ≥93, and district dLER at or below budget.
· Develop two ready-now Store Managers and one future District Manager successor.
· Build a district culture rooted in Trek’s DNA: Do the Right Thing, Do the Best You Can, Show Others You Care, Be Coachable.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines managerial courage, financial command, and relentless consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
· Coach and hold Store Managers accountable to performance scoreboards and store outcomes.
· Conduct mandatory monthly 1:1s and mid-month check-ins with each Store Manager.
· Lead quarterly Full-Day and Half-Day visits per the incentive plan (12 each per quarter).
· Model Trek’s DNA and Values in every decision; coach leaders to do the same.
· Build a leadership bench — every Store Manager must have at least one ready-now successor.
· Partner with Regional Director to align on succession planning, development paths, and leadership depth.

Financial Performance
· Drive Adjusted EBITDA growth by owning the P&L and controlling district expenses.
· Analyze P&Ls, labor reports, and scoreboards weekly to identify trends and correct course.
· Ensure adherence to operational guardrails:
o Bike mix 62–65%
o Average Bike Price > $1,250
o Add-ons > $250
o Labor % >10%
o Service % >5%
· Protect margins by maintaining tight control of payroll, cash handling, and expenses.
· Partner with Finance and Regional Director to ensure accuracy and fairness in reported results.

Operational Execution
· Enforce company systems across all stores — Cardone Sales Process, service scheduling, intake forms, inventory control, and payroll trackers.
· Audit store execution routinely and address gaps within seven days.
· Guarantee compliance on required audits, visits, and documentation per the incentive plan.
· Champion consistency — every store must look, feel, and perform like Trek Bicycle Stores of Florida.

Customer & Brand Excellence
· Maintain NPS ≥93 across all district stores.
· Ensure all stores meet or exceed Trek brand presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
· Hold teams accountable to timely and professional customer follow-up in sales and service.
· Model the “Show Others You Care” mindset in every customer interaction.

People & Accountability
· Own staffing, scheduling, and HR compliance across your district.
· Confront performance issues quickly and fairly.
· Enforce bonus eligibility rules — positive Adjusted EBITDA, NPS ≥90, and visit/1:1 completion.
· Actively recruit and develop A-Players, using Trek’s Talent Map framework.

Requirements

Lives Trek DNA: Do the Right Thing, Do the Best You Can, Show Others You Care, Be Coachable.
Proven multi-unit success. · At least 5% profit growth in two of the past three years.
Manages Labor within budget
Executes systems in sales, service, and inventory.
Developed two Store Managers.
Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.
 Lives in-district or relocates within 60 days; travels 60–70%.

This position requires open availability and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business. Our season runs from November 1st through March 31st. To ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations during this busy time, we have implemented a vacation blackout period. Employees cannot schedule more than 3 days of PTO due to an expected increase in traffic. We understand that special circumstances may come up and we will do our best to accommodate our team.
