Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Inside Sales + Graphic Design Preferred)
- Provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Assist with inside sales responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with customers
- Communicate with clients to understand their design and order needs
- Coordinate orders with production to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
- Help manage emails, scheduling, and general office tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
- Graphic design experience is a big plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Creative and collaborative work environment
