Human Resources Generalist
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to interpret, communicate, and apply them consistently.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. TEL Staffing complies with regulations enforced by the EEOC.
