As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate marketing activities across all channels—from social media and influencer marketing to community outreach and studio presale campaigns. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all marketing projects and initiatives across digital, local, and community channels
• Develop and oversee studio-level marketing for each stage of the studio lifecycle—from presale through maturity
• Collaborate with sales and operations for studio openings and onboarding campaigns
• Manage internal and outsourced teams, including dev/tech, design, and media buying
• Track marketing KPIs and conversion metrics; provide data-driven reports and recommendations
• Own the marketing calendar; coordinate campaign execution across departments
• Ensure marketing budgets align with performance goals and strategic initiatives
• Uphold consistent brand guidelines while driving innovation and local engagement
• Oversee lead generation, promotions, and events across all channels
• Communicate clearly and regularly with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Eligible to work within the US as a citizen or a Green Card holder
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of project management in marketing or advertising
• 5+ years of experience managing technical/dev teams, design teams, and media buyers
• Located in EST or CST time zones, preferred
• Can work Monday-Friday, 9 - 6 pm EST
• Able to travel occasionally and participate in in-person marketing events, and Yoga Joint studio visits as required (Less than 10%)
• Familiarity with marketing across fitness or multi-location brands is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
• Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and web tracking
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and distraction-free workspace

• Must be comfortable with varying environments and weather conditions during outdoor events

Work Environment

• This is a remote position based from your home office
• Standard office equipment used: computer, phone, photocopier, filing cabinets, fax
• Marketing events may take place indoors and outdoors in various venues

This position is NOT for someone who:

• Isn’t motivated by goals or metrics
• Resists collaboration or managing multiple projects
• Avoids detail and data

Offer Details

• This is a full-time, remote, W2 role.
• Pay is between $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
• Monday -Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST
• Healthcare coverage starts on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
• 401K with 4% match, immediately vested

1st Two Projects

• Develop a centralized event dashboard, organized by studio, to improve visibility and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with marketing teams using a project management platform to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Interview Process
