Summary:
A manufacturing company that specializes in chemical based products is looking to hire a Production Machine Operator to support mixing, filling, and packaging operations on the production floor. This role operates pneumatic-driven filling and packaging machines used to fill cartridges and syringes of various sizes.
* Operate pneumatic filling machines and cartridge packaging equipment.
* Setting up tanks and preparing equipment for operation.
* Mix, weigh, and heat materials according to production requirements.
* Accurately fill cartridges and syringes using automated equipment and occasional hand‑filling.
* Complete production orders based on fill tickets.
* Identify and correct routine equipment issues; escalate complex issues as necessary.
* Perform changeovers and adjustments during product transitions.
* Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure materials meet specifications.
* Follow all SOPs, ISO procedures, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS guidelines.
* Maintain accurate production logs, requisitions, and related paperwork.
* Support inventory cycle counts and raw material requisitions. #zrsf Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience performing machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting a plus
* Experience operating forklifts a plus
* Comfortable working in an environment without A/C
* Flexible to work OT and weekends on occasion
