In this role, you will ensure compliance with accreditation and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of determining student financial needs and guide students through the financial aid process. Key Responsibilities

• Guide and Assist : Help students and parents understand their financial aid options and the application process.
• Evaluate and Process : Ensure accuracy and compliance while processing student financial aid applications.
• Collaborate : Work with academic departments to identify students eligible for scholarships and other financial assistance.
• Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with changes in financial aid laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide updated information to students.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial aid or a related field.
• Knowledgeable : Strong understanding of federal and state financial aid programs and regulations.
• Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex financial information.
• Communicative : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel students and families.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using financial aid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-Oriented : High level of accuracy in processing financial aid applications.
• Team Player : Ability to work independently and collaboratively, committed to student success.
