What you’ll do

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
• Operate the Toast system efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
• Assist with food preparation and serving, adhering to food handling guidelines for safety
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork

Basic qualifications

• Previous bartender, barista, or coffee experience required
• Dial in and latte art expertise preferred
• Experience with La Marzocco espresso machines
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the food industry or retail setting
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
