What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio. From managing day-to-day operations to ensuring our clients have the best experience possible, your role will be both rewarding and impactful. Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:

• Studio Operations : Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Team Leadership : Motivate and manage staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
• Client Experience : Create a welcoming and positive environment where clients feel supported and inspired.
• Sales & Growth : Drive membership sales and studio growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Administrative Tasks : Handle scheduling, inventory, and other organizational duties to keep the studio in top shape.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings both passion and experience to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience : At least 2 years of fitness sales experience or 4 years in a management or leadership role.
• Leadership Skills : The ability to inspire and guide a team toward success.
• Organizational Savvy : A detail-oriented mindset to manage schedules, inventory, and operations efficiently.
• Customer Focus : A friendly, approachable demeanor to ensure every client feels valued.
• Drive for Results : A proactive attitude to help grow the studio and meet goals.
