Senior Organizational Change Manager - Enterprise PMO
- Partners with project teams and business leaders to develop comprehensive change
- Conducts change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform tailored change
- Designs and implements stakeholder engagement strategies to build awareness and drive
- Develops strategies and executes plans to assess and build leadership alignment through
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), communications, learning and development, and
- Defines and measures success metrics and regularly report on progress (including successes
- Partners with communication leaders to design, develop and deliver comprehensive
- Works with leadership teams to support escalations and stakeholder relationship management
- Identifies and develops key relationships with Sponsors/Influencers in developing a successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a
- Work Experience: Three (3) years’ experience working as a Change Practitioner and working
- Licensure: None
- Certification: Recognized change management certification prior to start date and maintained.
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Vast experience in organizational change management methods, tools, principles, and
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams and
- Excellent active listening, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate program deliverables into more quickly adopted outcomes.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management or a relevant field.
- Work Experience:
- Five (5) years’ experience working in change management.
- Five (5) years of experience working within a healthcare system.
