POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Organizational Change Manager leads organization change initiatives across the enterprise

and delivers optimal results in the form of minimizing productivity disruptions and maximizing change

adoption through effective organization change management delivery. The Senior Organizational

Change Manager focuses on conceptualizing and executing comprehensive change strategies through

partnership and collaboration with leaders across the Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).

The Senior Organizational Change Manager works alongside business leaders to develop change

enablement, communication, experience strategies and plans through purposeful, advanced change

measures.

Note: This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires the employee to reside in Florida, within approximately one hour of our corporate office located in Rockledge, southwest of Cocoa Beach.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Partners with project teams and business leaders to develop comprehensive change

management strategies aligned to enterprise transformation goals.

  • Conducts change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform tailored change

approaches and identify capability gaps and training needs.

  • Designs and implements stakeholder engagement strategies to build awareness and drive

commitment to change initiatives.

  • Develops strategies and executes plans to assess and build leadership alignment through

innovative and collaborative change management approaches while creating and delivering

change management plans including communication, training, sponsorship, resistance

management, and adoption reinforcement.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), communications, learning and development, and

operational leaders to integrate change initiatives into broader organizational priorities.

  • Defines and measures success metrics and regularly report on progress (including successes

and gaps), identify pockets of resistance and anticipate user / stakeholder needs and monitor

change progress.

  • Partners with communication leaders to design, develop and deliver comprehensive

communication plans with a focus on strategic messaging, persuasiveness, and change impact.

  • Works with leadership teams to support escalations and stakeholder relationship management

and provides updates to leadership and governance committees.

  • Identifies and develops key relationships with Sponsors/Influencers in developing a successful

Change Coalition.

Work Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a

relevant field.

  • Work Experience: Three (3) years’ experience working as a Change Practitioner and working

within a healthcare system.

  • Licensure: None
  • Certification: Recognized change management certification prior to start date and maintained.
  • Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
  • Vast experience in organizational change management methods, tools, principles, and

best practices.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project

lifecycle.

  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams and

third parties.

  • Excellent active listening, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate program deliverables into more quickly adopted outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management or a relevant field.
  • Work Experience:
  • Five (5) years’ experience working in change management.
  • Five (5) years of experience working within a healthcare system.

Certifications Welcome: Prosci, CCMP from ACMP, APMG Change Management, Kotter Core or Advanced Change Certification, Lean Change Management.
