Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
A private outpatient physical therapy practice in Bonita Springs is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. This role is centered on helping patients move better, recover safely, and build strength over time through one-on-one care. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide sessions, and track progress in a setting that gives you the time to stay focused on quality care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility, pain, strength, and functional concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide one-on-one therapy using exercise, stretching, and manual techniques
• Reassess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document visits, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Previous outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Good clinical judgment and time management
• New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
