Casting Administration Manager

The Casting Administration Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of initiatives and processes that aid the global recruitment efforts of Disney Live Entertainment Casting Directors. This role will be responsible for facilitating various outreach efforts as it relates to discovering new talent to fill hundreds of roles in Disney Live Entertainment. The Casting Administration Manager will attend conventions and other outreach efforts to represent Disney Live Entertainment. This role will assist in identifying and building intentional industry partnerships in support of ever-evolving business needs.
The Casting Administration Manager will report to the Manager-Talent Casting Strategy & Initiatives.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Act as an ambassador for Disney Live Entertainment to both internal and external partners
Research potential new talent sources
Travel to conventions and events to represent Disney Live Entertainment
Collaborate with the global Talent Casting team to identify, vet, and champion appropriate talent for various business needs
Support communication streams between global partners, including the distribution of outreach updates, reporting, and additional content as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years experience in talent management, talent sourcing, or casting
Experience in identifying organizational needs
Experience building and maintaining relationships with new and existing live performance industry contacts to enhance the visibility of live performance opportunities
Experience collaborating with various teams to identify, vet, and champion appropriate talent for various business needs
Experience in planning & facilitating events
Experience presenting material both one-on-one and to groups
Experience communicating (written & verbal) to various stakeholders both internal and external
Experience prioritizing and multitasking a variety of workflows with basic financial accountability
Valid drivers' license
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to travel domestically up to 40% and internationally 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Multilingual (Spanish)
Valid US Passport
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Advanced degree in Entertainment Management, Talent Sourcing, or the like is preferred
