Green Home Improvements are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right solutions for their repair, maintenance, and upgrade needs. In this role, you will meet directly with customers, assess their home service requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)

• Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently

• Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects

• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities

• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar)

• Background in in-home sales or commission-based roles

• Familiarity with service estimates, inspections, or home improvement solutions
