Consistent Pay:

• Most RBTs at SOS work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Your pay is not affected by client cancellations.

True Work-Life Balance:

• Work in the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes.
• Serve clients in their homes 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm (2-3 days per week).
• 10 days paid time off (because you deserve it!)
• 10 days of paid holidays.
• Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off.

Training and Support:

• SOS has an LMS with robust training content for RBTs.
• BCBAs work within the center and support you in person.
• The company paid for BLS / CPR certification.
• The company paid QBS Safety Care certification.

Career Growth:

• RBTs get a performance review every 6 months and have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
