PrideStaff is seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives for companies throughout Palm Beach County.
In these roles, you will be using your excellent customer service and follow-up skills to perform the following:
- Answer phones
- Schedule the fulfillment of products in the system
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of products
- Process payments
- Make outbound calls to confirm details of orders
- Follow up with customers with delivery information
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements for the Customer Service role:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- MS Office - working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- CRM - experience using a company's Customer Relationship Management system to enter information
- Positive attitude and great follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented
