As a Beach Haus Barista, you'll be the heartbeat of Beach Haus – masterfully crafting drinks, curating unforgettable guest moments, and stepping into leadership to mentor our growing team. This isn't just pouring shots; it's about building a legacy in a high-energy, inspired environment where your passion for coffee meets real growth opportunities. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced vibe that's equal parts creative and collaborative.
What We're Looking For (Your Perfect Pour):
- Experience That Shines: 2+ years in hospitality with high volume - used to serving 60+ customers a day. You know your tamp from your bloom and live for that perfect crema.
- Leadership Spark: Aspiring manager? Show us your knack for team huddles, shift leading, and turning challenges into high-fives. Past training or supervisory experience? Even better.
- Vibe Check: Outgoing "people person" who thrives in fast-paced energy, loves collaborating, and brings positivity like a sunrise over the waves. Flexible availability (weekends, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME SUNDAYS, morning and afternoon shifts available) is key .
- The Essentials: Basic math, reliable vehicle, reliable personality.
