Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) - Kendall Area

Overview

Nova Medical Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Kendall area. This role is a key part of our office and helps create a welcoming and positive experience for our staff, clients, and visitors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and working in a professional healthcare environment. Experience in a medical office is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist staff and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

• Order and track office supplies to ensure the office stays well stocked

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, sorting mail, and organizing documents

• Receive and distribute incoming packages and shipments from vendors

• Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership as needed

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office)

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a healthcare environment

Schedule

Full-time position
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(No weekends)
