WordPress, SEO & Zoho CRM Digital Operations Assistant

Vida Luxury Group LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage, is seeking a reliable and technically capable part-time Digital Operations Assistant with hands-on experience in **WordPress, SEO, and Zoho CRM**.

**Experience in all three areas is mandatory. Please do not apply unless you have personally worked with WordPress websites, SEO optimization, and Zoho CRM.**

This is an ongoing part-time independent contractor position for someone who can help improve our website, search visibility, lead generation systems, CRM organization, and marketing automation.

**Core responsibilities include:**

• WordPress website maintenance, troubleshooting, page edits, menu and link corrections, form testing, and basic technical fixes

• Testing website changes on the live production website on both desktop and mobile

• SEO and local SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, service pages, and local search visibility

• Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing support

• Zoho CRM organization, lead stages, fields, follow-up systems, workflows, and approved automations

• Helping ensure website leads enter Zoho CRM correctly and are properly tracked

• Creating and testing simple email and SMS automation workflows when appropriate and approved

• Marketing automation planning and implementation

• LinkedIn Company Page support and optimization

• Website conversion improvements, calls to action, and lead capture improvements

• Researching practical ways to generate more qualified real estate leads

• Providing clear documentation of changes, workflows, and completed work

For website work, completed tasks must be tested on the live production website on both desktop and mobile when applicable. Verification should include screenshots, URLs, test results, or a written checklist showing exactly what was changed and tested.

For CRM and automation work, the contractor must clearly document what triggers a workflow, what stops it, what happens when a lead replies or changes stages, and how the workflow was tested before activation.

No major website, CRM, automation, DNS, API, email, SMS, or marketing changes may be activated without prior approval.

**Required experience:**

• WordPress: Mandatory

**Work arrangement:**

This is initially a part-time position with approximately **5 to 10 hours per week**, depending on workload, performance, and business needs.

The selected candidate will begin with a small paid trial before being considered for ongoing work.

All hourly work must be tracked through Hubstaff. Only pre-approved work and hours are billable. Manual time may not be added without approval.

The initial hourly budget is **up to $4 USD per hour**.
