General Manager – Hungry Howie’s Pizza & The Flying Chicken

We are hiring self-motivated and results-driven General Managers to lead the daily operations of one of two restaurant concepts : Hungry Howie’s Pizza and The Flying Chicken. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can inspire teams, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing staff performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing food and labor costs—all while helping our brands grow and thrive in the local community.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Improving revenue.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
