The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for leveraging financial, systems and analytical proficiencies to create financial models, systems, and processes to support the in-depth consolidation, analysis, and financial reporting of all aspects of the Vacation Ownership division’s business models. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify and implement system solutions to gain processing efficiencies. Re-engineer the Vacation Ownership consolidation forecasting process to maximize efficiencies and create/implement solutions to minimize nonvalue added efforts.

• Streamline, create opportunities for automation and process improve the consolidation of the Long Range Plan (LRP) business model. Develop tools to allow for executive dashboards and summary reporting.

• Perform forecast, budget and LRP analytics as well as assist with development and analysis of financial scenarios to support strategic business decision-making.

• Additional duties as assigned / needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA, CPA, CMA, CFM, or other professional certification desirable but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes.

• Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines.

• Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance.

• The ability to work as a business partner is critical.

• Demonstrated presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven business acumen and judgment.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.

• Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities in an efficient/timely manner, including effective delegation.

• Advance level with Excel.

• Experience with Hyperion &/or Oracle desired but not required.

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity, with particular expertise in financial planning and analysis in a forward thinking rapidly expanding environment.

• 3+ years’ experience in management of a related financial/accounting function

• Timeshare industry experience desired but not required.
