Manufacturing Associate

**Malone Solutions is hiring for Manufacturing Associates in Jacksonville, FL! Weekly Pay, Contract to Hire, Dedicated Shifts. **

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable production team members to operate equipment and support manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Employees will be responsible for handling, inspecting, processing, and moving product through various stages of production while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role requires the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including every other weekend, perform physical tasks, follow detailed work instructions, and work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

General Responsibilities (varies by position)

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Handle, inspect, deburr, and move wheels through production

• Perform 100% visual inspections and quality checks

• Complete required audits, documentation, and SPC checks

• Maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets

• Assist with minor machine adjustments, maintenance, and cleaning

• Lift up to 90 lbs and work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments

• Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Inspect wheels for defects and dimensional accuracy

• Separate conforming and non-conforming parts

• Document and tag rejects accurately

• Perform minor rework and prepare finished wheels for warehouse transfer

Working Conditions

• Exposure to hot temperatures, noise, moving machinery, and industrial equipment

• Physically demanding work, including lifting up to 90 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment

Additional Information

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm | $15.60/hr

• 2nd Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am | $17.10/hr

• Weekly Pay and long term Temp to Hire.

• Must submit to background check and drug screen.
