What you’ll do

• Investigate customer-reported issues on-site, interpret readings from combustion testing equipment, and implement effective fixes.
• Partner with Senior Technicians to deliver complex services and lend support to developing technicians.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble systems; maintain combustion and control components with precision.
• Document service actions and recommendations in thorough daily reports.
• Coordinate and track small projects, aligning scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Join a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend support.

What you bring

• High School diploma (required).
• 3+ years of field experience in boiler systems or electrical controls (preferred)—however, we welcome apprentices through experienced techs and will provide training.
• Advanced familiarity with boiler room equipment, Parallel Positioning Systems and controllers, and combustion testing tools (preferred).
• Electrical strengths: metering, conduit installation, complex control retrofits, and a working understanding of PLC programs.
• Ability to flex to overtime or weekend work when needed.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Professional communication and a service-first approach to customer interactions.
• Strong organization and accuracy while juggling multiple priorities.
