Overview

Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions, LLC provides property and casualty insurance solutions to a large portfolio of mortgage holders. Because of our special relationship with Lakeview Loan Servicing, we are able to strategically target our lead source of over 2.6 MM loans spread across 48 states. Our goal is to add value to the service our clients already receive. Bayview Asset Management backs both Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions and Lakeview Loan Servicing.

The Senior Insurance Producer is a high-performing, commission-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, call center sales environments. This role represents the highest level of front-line sales expertise within LHIS and is suited for individuals who consistently exceed performance targets while delivering strong customer experiences. While insurance experience or licensure is not required at the time of hire, candidates must bring exceptional sales acumen and will be expected to complete licensing requirements early in their tenure. Role can be 100% remote anywhere in USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls for personal lines insurance.
• Sell insurance to a captive portfolio of existing mortgage clients.
• Accurately bind insurance applications in compliance with internal and insurance carrier guidelines.
• Consistently meet or exceed production goals set by management.
• Use internal systems to maintain product knowledge, document sales and manage sales pipeline.
• Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met.
• Act as a peer mentor to early-career Insurance Sales Associates, sharing sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.
• Complete licensing coursework and obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license within the required timeframe as a condition of employment and maintain it through continuing education and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of high-performance sales experience in a call center or telesales environment required. Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance industry regulations, compliance standards, and personal insurance fundamentals (e.g., home, auto, liability coverages).
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a positive outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette; bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented, with a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and follow-through.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with comparative raters, CRM systems, and digital sales tools in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration

• Must obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within the designated timeframe after hire. Active license at time of hire is preferred but not required.

Compensation / Advancement

• Senior Insurance Producers earn base pay of $25.96/hr plus uncapped commissions and are eligible for tiered incentives and recognition based on sustained high performance.
• This role represents the top of the non-management sales track at LHIS and may also serve as a talent pipeline for future leadership consideration.
