Customer Service Representative
- Order & Document Processing: Process orders, emergency orders, quotes, returns, credits, invoices, and shipping documents. Order restock inventory.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries from customers, visitors, and Health Care Professionals regarding organization products and activities.
- Data Entry & Billing: Enter customer data, billing info, and product specs. Coordinate with customers to receive purchase orders and manage contract maintenance.
- Quoting & Analysis: Prepare customer pricing proposals and gather system data for sales analysis, reporting, and bid preparation.
- General Clerical: Handle phone calls, document scanning, typing, and filing.
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of prior Customer Service experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and phone etiquette; ability to handle a high volume of calls positively.
- Problem-Solving: strong analytical skills to resolve issues, such as consolidating vendor shipments and ensuring correct export documentation.
- Relationship Building: Ability to maintain positive relationships with dealers, customers, and outside vendors (freight forwarders, banks).
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to meet department objectives.
