Opportunity Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and has a proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines across both operational and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience and be comfortable recruiting for positions within logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and operations .

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Recruit for a variety of operational, logistics, transportation, and corporate positions
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, job boards, networking, and other recruiting resources
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the offer process and assist candidates through onboarding
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting activity and candidate pipelines
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline data, and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce time-to-fill
• Represent the organization's culture and employment brand throughout the candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate development skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience recruiting for operational, high-volume, or difficult-to-fill positions
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience recruiting within one or more of the following environments is highly preferred:

• Logistics
• Transportation
• Supply Chain
• Warehousing
• Distribution
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
• Final Mile / Last Mile
• Home Delivery
• Operations
• Manufacturing

Staffing agency recruiting experience is also a plus.
