Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.57 - $35.84 / hour

Come work with a dynamic team of registered dietitians and registered nurses who work collaboratively to provide outstanding care to our patients.
This outpatient hybrid opportunity includes 2 remote days and 3 on-site days each week.
You will have some earlier days (7:30am start time) and some later days (6:30pm end time) with coverage across both Fort Myers and Cape Coral locations.

Summary
Plan and provide nutrition interventions for the lifestyle therapy program that include consideration of specific age-related characteristics and needs related to physical development, motor control, communication, socialization, and safety. Assists Program Coordinator in the coordination and integration of the nutrition consultation program with other LMHS departments and physicians. Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of the program.Requirements
