Dental Assistant

We are a family-owned private PPO full service dental office located in the heart of Lutz, Florida, and are seeking a high energy, enthusiastic Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. We work 4 days a week Monday-Thursdays, a consistent 16 days a month. The remaining days of the month we take off as vacation days. Dental Assistant

Clinical Leadership: Lead the team huddle, manage daily workflow, and oversee general office functions.
Operational Management: Supervise OSHA compliance, office maintenance, and essential clinical systems.
Advanced Assisting: Support a full-service range of treatments including Implants, Dentures, Invisalign, and Fixed Orthodontics.
Technology Oversight: Utilize CT Scans and Carestream Scanners to assist in high-quality diagnostics and treatment.

full-time $20 - $24 per hour

Full time position Mon-Thursdays with 2 Fridays a month

Must have 5-7+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry. CT Scan; Carestream Scanner, Implants, Dentures, Invisalign and Fixed
