What You’ll Do
- Perform pruning, defoliation, and trimming during all plant life stages
- Clone, transplant, and transition plants based on their growth stage
- Water, fertilize, and care for cannabis plants using hand tools and gardening equipment
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease, pests, or stress
- Record observations and updates on plant growth and environmental conditions
- Assist in harvesting flowering plants and preparing them for post-harvest processing
- Stake or support weak plants to ensure optimal structure
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment
- Follow all SOPs and daily task lists as assigned by the cultivation management team
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or production environments
- A working knowledge of cannabis plant growth cycles — or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills and a self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work independently or as part of a close-knit team
- A positive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-humidity work environment

A Few Things You’ll Need
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (50+ lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions and on concrete flooring
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity are essential
- Exposure to pollen, dust, and raw plant material is expected
