The Position : The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. They play a critical role in advancing clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and aligning care delivery with organizational goals in a complex healthcare environment.
- $275,000 - $300,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:
- Active Florida Medical License BE/BC
- Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income or underserved communities, is highly preferred.
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes
Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
- Ensure compliance with HRSA, federal, and state healthcare regulations
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion
- No Late Nights
- No Weekends
