Reconocido restaurante cubano ubicado en la calle 8 de Miami está en búsqueda de Servers con experiencia para unirse a un equipo sólido, dinámico y de alto rendimiento.
Buscamos personas con excelente actitud de servicio, energía positiva y enfoque en ventas, que disfruten trabajar en un ambiente de alto volumen, ritmo rápido y con contacto constante con clientes.
Responsabilidades
- Atender a los clientes de manera profesional, eficiente y amigable
- Tomar órdenes con precisión y promover ventas (upselling)
- Utilizar sistemas POS ( Toast )
- Servir alimentos y bebidas de forma oportuna
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
- Brindar una experiencia de servicio consistente y de calidad
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa como mesero/a en restaurante de alto volumen
- Manejo de sistemas POS
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico
- Personalidad proactiva y orientada a ventas
- Bilingüe (inglés / español)
