Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client to support high level operations and help streamline the productivity of their CEO. This role serves as the CEO’s strategic right hand—coordinating priorities, enhancing communication flow, and ensuring follow through across both business and personal activities. The ideal candidate excels in fast moving environments and brings structure, clarity, and organization to a dynamic executive. This position is fully onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing, relationship driven organization.
Compensation:
$75,000 – $100,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

• Support the CEO by managing priorities, scheduling, communications, and accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee CRM accuracy, monitor sales activity, and create executive ready reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
• Coordinate complex travel, meeting preparation, agendas, and follow up tasks while ensuring seamless logistics.
• Provide confidential personal support for select scheduling, travel, and vendor coordination with professionalism and discretion.
• Strengthen office operations by collaborating with internal teams, organizing executive events, and maintaining effective systems and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills for the Executive Assistant:

• Experience supporting C-suite leaders in fast paced settings, with strong understanding of sales processes and CRM platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical abilities, especially with data review and reporting.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing up while anticipating executive needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience supporting senior leadership also valued.
