Plaintiff Pre-Suit Paralegal

First Choice Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plaintiff Pre-Suit Paralegal to join our team
immediately. This role is integral to our personal injury practice and requires an in-depth understanding of
bodily injury (BI), uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) claims, personal injury protection (PIP), and
MedPay. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in case management, drafting demand
letters, and communicating with clients and medical providers during the pre-litigation phase.

Key Responsibilities:
● Case Management: Open and manage personal injury claims, ensuring all necessary
documentation is obtained and maintained.
● Client Interaction: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing updates and
guidance throughout the pre-suit process.
● Medical Record Coordination: Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
Coordinate treatment updates with medical providers.
● Demand Preparation: Draft and assemble comprehensive demand packages to insurance
companies, incorporating medical records, bills, and liability arguments.
● Insurance Communication: Handle correspondence with insurance adjusters, ensuring timely
responses and negotiations.
● Administrative Support: Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and assist attorneys as
needed.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with a strong background in
pre-suit case management.
● Proficiency in drafting demand letters and navigating personal injury claim processes.
● Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient management of multiple cases.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-centered approach.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of
accuracy and professionalism.

● Salary starting at $50,000+ ( commensurate with experience ).
