Brand Marketing Trainee

Job Overview: As a Brand Marketing Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients brand initiatives through sales activities, customer engagement, and brand representation. This entry-level position is designed for enthusiastic individuals looking to develop their skills in marketing and sales while contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information about our clients products and services, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote our clients products and services, and provide recommendations based on individual customer needs
• Communicate brand values and messaging effectively to diverse audiences.
• Assist with the implementation of marketing initiatives and in-store promotions
• Drive customer enrollment initiatives by promoting products and services through various channels.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions, while shadowing more experienced staff to develop skills for higher responsibilities.
• Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in brand marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
