Build your own private practice serving Oregon clients—one of the highest‑need, best‑reimbursed markets in the country. Clinicians must hold an active license in their home state and be eligible for the equivalent Oregon license. We support both pre‑licensed and fully licensed providers through the Oregon licensure process.
Expectations of Partnership:

- Participate in weekly business setup and coaching sessions to ensure ongoing guidance, accountability, and support in managing and growing your practice.
- Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, documentation, and treatment plans that meet clinical, ethical, and payor standards.
- Complete chart notes, charge slips, and other administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Practice within your licensure scope, uphold professional ethics, and safeguard client confidentiality.
- Maintain active clinical licensure in your state of residence and any states in which you provide services.
