The ideal Billing Document Support Specialist Is highly organized with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and, proficiency using Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Your core responsibilities - Accurately enter data into the company operating system
- Support the general document needs of the billing and collection departments
- Efficiently sort, scan, organize, and electronically store documents
- Prepare and send invoices via fax, email, and postal mail

- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Thrive in a fast-paced, highly detailed environment with minimal supervision
- Work as a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Demonstrate high computer proficiency and can comfortably learn new processes
Minimum must-haves - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Great attitude with a love for learning and the desire to grow professionally
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to use and operate office equipment such as scanners and fax machines
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
