Marketing and Catering Team Member

Chick-fil-A Marketing and Catering Team Member requires a self-motivated individual with and experience with social media and strategic marketing concepts along with the ability easily to establish rapport with guests.

Overview, Duties, Responsibilities

• Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per month)
• Pay Rate: $15/hr
• Typical Schedule: Based on Marketing/Catering plans for each month.
• In collaboration with our Marketing Team, create and execute both short-term and long-term marketing plans, including social media platforms.
• Maintain relationships in the community to benefit our location's sales and marketing exposure, including with local schools.
• Distribute food samples to local businesses throughout the community.
• Be \the face and presence of Chick-fil-A\ in our immediate community.
• Offer samples of new products to customers.
• Assist with in-store family events.
• Assist with gathering social media content.
• Decorate for holidays.
• Exhibit professionalism in every situation.
• Assist with deliveries and catering prep as needed.
• In collaboration with our Marketing, Catering, & Hospitality Team, interact with guests in the dining area while also focusing on maintaining and improving the cleanliness and presentation of our dining room.
• Must love to smile and connect with people, making eye contact and speaking enthusiastically.
• Be willing to work operationally in the restaurant on the hospitality end in order to drive sales through guest interactions.
• Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Execute hospitality in the dining room by ensuring all guests receive prompt and continual care.
• Maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests.
