Service Delivery Director ( {{city}})
The CSM will oversee all financial activities related to service delivery practice, ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic growth. This role involves high-level collaboration with various decision-making stakeholders, financial planning, and risk management to drive the company's financial success. The successful candidate must be extremely hands-on and possess the ability to effectively communicate the financial, strategic, and operating goals. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the vision is clearly communicated to all members of the team and that it is reinforced on an ongoing basis.
Duties and responsibilities Include :
- People:
- Creates a positive team member experience.
- Supports senior leadership with day-to-day oversight of service delivery teams to ensure adherence to company policy.
- Leads and mentors a team of finance professionals.
- Stakeholder Management & Value :
- Analyzes financial performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Monitors financial KPIs and works with the business to develop and implement operational strategies to meet goals for service delivery.
- Manages headcount and operational expense spend at the individual or process level.
- Collaborates with Corporate FP&A to prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborates with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Communicates financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provides guidance on cost-saving initiatives and resource allocation.
- Identifies and mitigates financial risks associated with service delivery.
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

A candidates pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
