Night Shift Warehouse Coordinator
Schedule: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to cruise line clients. As a Night Shift Warehouse Coordinator , you will support the execution and coordination of warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of orders while complying with food safety, quality, and inventory control standards.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy coordinating teams, following established processes, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of cruise ship orders in accordance with each client’s specific requirements.
Support the enforcement of company standards related to Food Safety, Quality, and Food Security across warehouse operations.
Coordinate reorganization and cleaning activities to maintain organized and efficient order preparation areas.
Verify compliance with internal quality and safety procedures and report deviations to the Supervisor or Management.
Prepare, update, and maintain operational reports to support daily and next-day order planning.
Communicate operational updates, issues, and order status to Operations, Sales, and Management as required.
Coordinate daily work activities, assist in setting priorities, and support resource allocation during the shift.
Assist with inventory adjustments in the MBA system and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate the preparation of consolidated orders with warehouse operators within established timelines.
Verify that client orders are complete and meet specifications prior to dispatch.
Review shipping documentation for accuracy before submission for approval.
Track pending or delayed orders due to product shortages and communicate updates accordingly.
Maintain control of inventory assigned per client and per order, escalating discrepancies when identified.
Ensure orders scheduled for next-day dispatch are properly prepared and documented before shift end.
QualificationsExperience coordinating warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in food or distribution environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow established procedures and support operational leadership.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented and reliable.
