Lead Driver Ambassador- Electric Shuttle (West Palm Beach)
- Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both drivers and passengers.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
- Assisting driver ambassadors with any operational challenges or road hazards they may encounter.
- Conducting regular training sessions for new and existing drivers, covering company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient storage system for driver uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
- 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
- A passion for growth, leadership, customer service and working with the public.
- The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to train and develop others, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

- $20 per hour
- Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are offered after 5 months of full-time hours (30 hours per week).
