Field Marketing and Event Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel: Approximately 25–40%
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and operationally driven Field Marketing & Dealer Enablement Leader to support and scale dealer, OEM partner, and event initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, engineering, and customer experience , ensuring strong brand presence at industry events while equipping partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to successfully sell and support products.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is equally comfortable planning trade shows, developing training materials, and delivering presentations to partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Events
- Lead planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate logistics including booth setup, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
- Align event strategy with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for events
- Support on-site execution, engagement, and presentations
- Track and analyze event performance to drive continuous improvement
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and partner briefings
Dealer & OEM Enablement
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and product education content
- Create dealer and OEM-facing tools to support sales and product understanding
- Support training sessions, webinars, and partner education programs
- Manage and organize dealer portal content and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical concepts into clear, practical materials
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, and partner meetings
- Ability to manage logistics, vendors, and multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating presentations and training materials
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, sales enablement, or related roles
- Willingness to travel 20–40% for events, dealer meetings, and partner engagement
