You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze data, create reports, and provide recommendations for business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and growth.

- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze data, and present findings and recommendations.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track business performance and provide insights to management.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Provide support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

- Communicate and present complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
