Marketing Specialist
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted email content and messaging
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys via Account Engagement
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation tools
- Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of email marketing campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging posts and campaigns that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and resident experiences.
- Monitor, respond, and manage community conversations to build brand reputation.
- Track analytics and optimize performance.
- Graphic design for other outlets such as print (mailing, signage, etc.) and social
- Assist with other job responsibilities within the Sales & Marketing Department as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), Befree
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- This is an on-site position based in the Tampa Bay area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area. While the role is primarily in-person, there may be limited access to remote work at the discretion of management and based on business needs.
- This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day.
- Being authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is a precondition of employment.
