Senior Accountant

education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Statements & Variance Insight: Help draft and evaluate financial statements while providing thorough explanations for any budget discrepancies.
- Consolidation Oversight: Handle the balancing and removal of intercompany transactions to ensure accurate consolidated reporting.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work alongside departments like Legal and Supply Chain to ensure all business activities are correctly captured in financial records.
- Audit Preparation: Organize and maintain the necessary documentation to support efficient reviews by external auditing firms.
- Process Enhancement: Assist in defining and writing new internal policies or accounting procedures to keep the company compliant with updated regulations.
- Strategic Advice: Investigate financial anomalies and suggest practical ways to increase income or decrease operational spending.
