Business Development Center Rep
Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience tobothour internal and external customers! Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound scripted calls with current and prospective service customers.
- Respond to service leads, customer emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows.
- Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special service campaigns.
- Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
- Support service and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Uphold ethical standards while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred (but not required—we welcome driven individuals with a passion to succeed).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, coachable, and motivated to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with solid PC and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
