Commercial Retail Property Manager
- Salary range is $120-130k/yr
- Oversee 10 properties totaling 2 million square feet.
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of site operating budgets, capital improvement projects, long-term planning, administration of contracts and payment of expenses.
- Complete and document comprehensive physical surveys each year that report on the property’s condition, including maintenance needs and future replacement of assets.
- Responsible for the performance of site services (i.e., landscaping, parking lot sweeping, and janitorial), as well as the overall upkeep and maintenance of the portfolio; all of which is performed by outsourced contractors.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years experience in commercial property management
Professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
