Medical Front Desk / Receptionist

About the Position

Med Supply US is a healthcare company that provides continuous glucose monitors (CGM) and diabetes medical supplies to patients across the United States.

We are looking for a dependable Medical Front Desk / Office Assistant to help manage our Fort Lauderdale office.

Many members of our team work remotely, so this role is important to ensure the office is staffed and organized during business hours .

This is a very relaxed office environment , and we are simply looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable helping with basic administrative tasks when needed .

Our office is conveniently located near I-595 and I-95 in Fort Lauderdale .

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients and doctors’ offices.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Help verify patient insurance information when needed.
• Contact doctors’ offices to request documentation.
• Maintain organized office records and files.
• Update patient information in internal systems.
• Support team members with general office tasks.

Some days are busier than others, but overall this role focuses on keeping the office organized and running smoothly .

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with people.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently in a calm office environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Medical office experience.
• Front desk or receptionist experience.
• Insurance verification or billing knowledge.
• Experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate .

Additional Details:

• This is an in-office position.
• The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Our office environment is laid back and professional.
